Do you have a malfunction to report? When reporting a malfunction, you are our eyes and ears. It helps us a lot if you can inform us about the location and the pump number. Where do you see the malfunction?: the payment pole or the counter or N/A. What is not functioning: the nozzle, maybe there is no pressure, or the hose is turned off. Are there other things we need to know: did you press the emergency stop or can you only fill up a little bit? We want to know it all.
